Maria Schwaller is a certified Enneagram teacher, leadership coach, and creator of the ARC Method (Awareness, Response, Commitment). She helps individuals and teams build self-awareness, break reactive patterns, and make intentional choices that improve leadership, communication, and conflict dynamics—using a practical, science-backed approach grounded in the psychological foundations of the Enneagram. Maria holds a B.S. and MBA from the University of Southern California and an Enneagram Teaching Certification from The Narrative Enneagram.
