About Maria Schwaller

Maria Schwaller is a Business Teams & Leadership Coach specializing in communication, leadership development, and team effectiveness. She is the creator of the ARC Method®—a structured framework designed to translate awareness into consistent, intentional action.

With a background in corporate leadership and business strategy, Maria developed the ARC Method® to address a persistent gap in professional development: awareness without application. While many professionals gain insight into their behavioral patterns, fewer are equipped with a practical structure for applying that insight under pressure.

Her work integrates:
• Behavioral science
• Emotional intelligence research
• The Enneagram as a practical workplace lens

Rather than using the Enneagram as a labeling tool, Maria applies it as a professional development framework—strengthening communication, improving self-management, and supporting measurable collaboration outcomes in real-world environments.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California (USC), and an Enneagram Teaching Certification from The Narrative Enneagram (TNE). This combination of formal business education and applied behavioral training allows her to bridge theory and practice across individual and organizational settings.

Her work is grounded in the belief that growth does not require complexity—only clarity, structure, and consistent practice.

Maria works with HR professionals, leadership teams, and organizations seeking scalable, practical development solutions that improve how individuals and teams function under pressure.

Why the ARC Method®

Many professionals gain insight into their personality patterns but struggle to apply that awareness consistently — especially in high-pressure situations. The ARC Method® was developed to provide structure beyond insight. By integrating Awareness, Response, and Commitment, the framework offers a repeatable approach to behavior change that supports both individual growth and organizational development.

Approach

The work is grounded in practical application. The Enneagram is used as a diagnostic and awareness tool to increase clarity around behavioral patterns — not as a labeling system.

Development is structured, measurable, and focused on real-world professional contexts. Whether working with individuals or teams, the emphasis remains consistent: translate insight into intentional, repeatable action.
